The Ostella Hotel ’s wellness center is a haven for a break from your hectic life. Without even leaving the hotel, take the time to recharge your batteries and regain your vitality. We provide you with a tea room, a beauty treatment area(face and body) , an indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and a fitness room equipped with muscular strengthening and cardio machines.

The wellness area is accessible to children every day during the following hours: from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The jacuzzi is prohibited for minors under 16, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

A well-equipped gym with a long time slot allows you to work out, while a free muscle wake-up is offered in the garden in summer. Thus, travelers benefit from total comfort in order to recharge their batteries as much as possible once their day is over. The Wellness Center is open for treatments from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 08pm.

Access to the entire wellness area: swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, tea room from 7am to 9pm.

There is no shortage of activities in the hotel. At our wellness center, two personal trainers offer aquagym, boxing and yoga sessions. Beauty specialist are available for relaxing treatments and massages from all over the world , using products of the brand SOTHYS PARIS LPG

Discover our wellness center, more than 450m², dedicated to your relaxation... Indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, equipped cardio training room, seismo-fitness, group classes or individual coaching session with our sports coach , herbal tea area, shop.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of your treatment, to have the time to get ready for it. In case of delay, we will be obliged to shorten your treatment in order to not penalize the following customer.

As a hygiene measure, wearing sports shoes is compulsory in the fitness room as well as wearing flip-flops in the swimming pool area. A swimming cap is recommended for the pool. For all body treatments as well as access to the swimming pool and use of the jacuzzi, a previous shower is compulsory.

Changing rooms and lockers are available to store your personal belongings. The management can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of objects within the wellness center premises.

We thank you for notifying us in case of particular medical conditions (allergies, injuries, circulatory problems, ...) or in case of pregnancy. Some treatments may be contraindicated. You will be asked to provide a medical certificate when registering for the aqua gym and the fitness room.

Massages are only relaxation treatments and are therefore neither therapeutic nor medical.

To respect the tranquility of the place, the use of mobile phone is prohibited.

It is also forbidden to smoke or consume alcohol inside the wellness center premises.
